They can harm your smile more than you realize.
· Visit your dentist: Make sure you visit your dentist every six months for your dental cleaning and checkup. These appointments will help you completely prevent gum disease and they will also give our dental team the chance to fix any problems you might have.
· Take care of your braces: If you have braces, please do everything you can to keep your smile and appliance in tip-top shape. To help you do so, we recommend brushing and flossing after every meal and snack and also avoiding habits that can break your brackets and wires.
